Right Mindset Mentors is an innovative mentoring company committed to provide our youth with the necessary skills to develop their personalities in this dynamic world. We recognize our youth owns unique personalities that needs to be explored, developed, nurtured, and allowed to blossom. As matchmaker of mentors, we explore the personalities of our mentors through a rigorous interview process before aligning mentors who best complements the individual youth’s needs. A mentor who helps a child’s personality flourish can provide a lifelong gift of self and voice to our youths as they navigate through our ever-changing world.
MISSION
Right Mindset Mentors mission is to pair the perfect mentor to the mentee. Our mentors are dedicated to carrying out our main objective of helping youth find their voice. We aim to facilitate development of confidence in self and to illuminate unique personalities. We maximize support with a flexible and customized approach through academics, athletics, and activities that best fits our mentee, either individually or in small groups. We employ settings and utilize time frames best suited for our client’s convenience.
VISION
Mentorship service with Right Mindset Mentors aims to inspire our youth through academic, athletics, and activities. We recognize the importance for critical thinking, focus, confidence, and self-reliance. We endeavor to build connections to inspire and guide in the development for a continued growth mindset so that our youth are well equipped to find their voice and value as they integrate leadership into our ever-changing world.
